These Terms and Conditions govern bookings and purchases made from Care Unit Ghana through careunit.org, by telephone, email or other approved channels. By booking training or ordering a product, you agree to these terms.
About Care Unit Ghana
Care Unit Ghana provides first-aid and occupational health and safety training, first-aid kits and related products. Our contact details appear at the end of these terms.
Products, courses and availability
We aim to describe courses, kits, prices, dates and availability accurately. Images may be illustrative. We may correct genuine errors, update course schedules or withdraw unavailable products. A submitted order or booking is subject to acceptance and availability.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include or exclude applicable taxes as stated. Payment may be processed by Paystack or another authorised provider. We do not store full card details. An order is confirmed after successful payment or written confirmation from Care Unit Ghana.
Training bookings
Participants must provide accurate registration information and meet any stated course requirements. Course content, duration, venue, assessment and certification arrangements are described on the relevant page or quotation. Certificates are issued only where attendance and assessment requirements are satisfied.
Orders, delivery and collection
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by location, stock, courier or events outside our reasonable control. Risk passes on delivery or collection. Please inspect goods promptly.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, use products in accordance with instructions, attend booked training responsibly and not misuse our website, content or payment facilities.
Intellectual property
Care Unit Ghana’s training materials, website content, logos and course resources remain protected intellectual property. They may not be copied, resold, recorded or distributed without written permission, except where law permits.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Our Refund, Cancellation and Delivery Policy forms part of these terms. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded.
Liability
Training supports emergency preparedness but does not replace professional medical advice or emergency services. To the extent permitted by law, Care Unit Ghana is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Privacy
Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Payment providers process payment information under their own privacy notices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith communication before using available legal or regulatory remedies.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when an order or booking is accepted will apply to that transaction unless the law requires otherwise.
